Shane joined Tarpon in 2017 and currently holds the position of Managing Director for the MENA region.
British National with over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant operating in international Engineering and Construction related companies, including positions at CFO level with leading global services companies. Matt joined Tarpon in 2018 as VP International Finance and now holds the position of Financial Director.
Irish National with over 29 years’ experience in EPC works in Energy, Industrial and Commercial sectors across the Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Europe and Asia. John has worked in Regional and Functional management, joining Tarpon in 2018 and currently holds the position of Managing Director of Asia Pacific.
Indian National with over 14 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry across many continents, including India, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Das joined Tarpon in 2018 as a commissioning engineer after holding several positions in operations, project management, and supply chain management. Currently, Das is responsible for Tarpon Malaysia’s business and operations.
Indonesian National with 22 years’ experience in various managerial roles in Administration, Human Resources, Procurement, Logistics, Project Coordination and Business Development. Rosa is currently Branch Manager for Tarpon Indonesia, overseeing and coordinating all operations in the region including multiple projects in the Energy sector.
