Shane Donnachie – Managing Director MENA

Irish National with over 28 years’ experience in the Energy and Heavy Industrial sectors ranging from emerging markets in the Russian Far East and the Middle East to mature markets in Europe and North America. Shane has held various positions in Operations and Business Development, joining Tarpon in 2017 as VP International. Shane is currently Managing Director of the Middle East & Africa.

John O Keeffe – Managing Director APAC

Irish National with over 29 years’ experience in EPC works in Energy, Industrial and Commercial sectors across the Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Europe and Asia. John has worked in Regional and Functional management, joining Tarpon in 2018 and currently holds the position of Managing Director of Asia Pacific.

Matt Seale – Financial Director

British National with over 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant operating in international Engineering and Construction related companies, including positions at CFO level with leading global services companies. Matt joined Tarpon in 2018 as VP International Finance and now holds the position of Financial Director.
